Only Two Weeks Left to Avail of Bank of Ireland's Half Price Home Insurance Deal

Bank of Ireland Insurance Services' half price insurance offer for new customers will end on the 30th September 2007. However, Bank of Ireland is pleased to announce that the half price rates are guaranteed for six months for any prospective new customer who obtains a quotation during the offer period. In addition, Bank of Ireland is offering further discounts of up to 55% off the total premium if the customer satisfies certain criteria i.e. customers over 50 years of age and older (15%), a centrally monitored burglar alarm (25%), smoke alarm (5%) and voluntary excess (up to 10%).

According to Finola O'Donoghue, Marketing Manager, Bank of Ireland Insurance Services, "This deal is a great opportunity for home owners to achieve significant savings on their home insurance. With this offer there is no obligation to purchase other products and switching is simple and straightforward".

Finola continued, "Our cover for the main family home is one of the most comprehensive products in the market place; it includes accidental damage and covers contents inside and outside the home (up to €2,500) as standard and at no additional cost. This is important to note as some policies do not have this and a very high percentage of claims are related to these covers. We would advise that every customer is aware of what is covered in their policy."
