Bank of Ireland confirms it is looking at options for Dublin accommodation

    Bank of Ireland today (20 June 2007) confirmed that, following a review of its office accommodation in Dublin, it has instructed property agents CBRE to issue a notice to the property market advising that it will be seeking 'expressions of interest' in July 2007 for the following:

    The Bank intends issuing this notice immediately to enable the property developers to commence preparation for a full tender process. The tender process will allow the Bank assess and price what options are available to accommodate the Group's future growth plans and provide an efficient, modern and quality working environment for employees. No decision on precise locations have been made at this time.

    The process is expected to take a number of months to complete.
