Bank of Ireland Statement Pension strategy for new employees

Bank of Ireland in responding to the referral of its new pension scheme for new employees from 1st October to the Labour Relations Commission (LRC) by the IBOA, rejected the IBOA's criticisms of the scheme describing it as a balanced solution that will deliver good retirement income for employees while also being in the best long-term interests of the pension scheme itself.
