Bank of Ireland Arts Centre - Music for Summer Days

    Bank of Ireland Arts Centre presents Madelene Grant-Nelson, Soprano in the Lunchtime 'Classical Choice' Concert series on Wednesday, September 7th at 1:15pm. Pauline Cooper, piano will accompany Madelene.

    The concert programme will include songs from the musicals and traditional airs, including 'Somewhere over the Rainbow' by Harburg & H Arlen, 'Wishing you were somehow here again' by C Hart and A Lloyd Webber and 'She Moved through the Fair'. Madelene studied voice with Dr Veronica Dunne and Ms Kathryn Smith and continues her studies at the Leinster School of Music. She is also the founder and director of the Beechwood Avenue, Children's Choir in Ranelagh. Pauline is a well known accompanist to many musical societies throughout the length and breadth of Ireland.
