ICS Building Society Wins Mortgage Service Excellence Awards

- 3rd Win for ICS in 4 Year History of Awards -

ICS Building Society has been voted the best residential mortgage provider by the Independent Mortgage Advisors Federation (IMAF) for the third time at the Service Excellence Awards Ceremony which was held in the Mansion House last night (Wednesday 12th November).

This is the third time that ICS Building Society has received the prestigious title of "Best Residential Mortgage Lender" in the four-year history of the IMAF sponsored event.

In accepting the Award, Mr. Joe Larkin, Managing Director of ICS Building Society commented:

We see this Award as a real reflection of our efforts to deliver superior quality service to both brokers and mortgage customers. Results were compiled from a survey carried out by IMAF of the top 136 mortgage brokers in Ireland, who were asked to rank a total of 12 financial institutions by means of an in depth survey. More than 34 service areas were scrutinised as part of the judging process including application process, most improved service, best broker support and value for money to customers.

Commenting at the Award's Ceremony, Mr. Michael Dowling, President, IMAF said:
